Refund Policy

ComplyAIQ provides professional certifications, examination access, and proprietary digital materials. To maintain the integrity and value of its intellectual property and credentialing standards, refund eligibility is limited as outlined below.
General Policy
Fees are non-refundable once access has been granted to proprietary materials, digital resources, examination eligibility, or any other deliverables associated with a purchase.
Provision or release of downloadable materials, digital resources, or examination access constitutes fulfillment of ComplyAIQ’s delivery obligations. Because such materials and access cannot be returned or revoked once provided, refunds are not available after they have been issued or an examination has been accessed or attempted.
Examination Access (Not Yet Used)
If examination access has been purchased and:
The examination has not been accessed or attempted; and
No proprietary materials or digital resources have been provided,
a refund request may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refund eligibility in these circumstances is subject to verification and approval at ComplyAIQ’s discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
ComplyAIQ recognizes that serious and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Participants experiencing documented extenuating circumstances (such as significant medical emergency or comparable hardship) may submit a written request within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at ComplyAIQ’s discretion.
If a refund is approved, written confirmation may be required that all proprietary materials — whether digital or printed — have been permanently deleted or destroyed and will not be retained, copied, shared, or distributed in any form.
